摘要

本文用高效液相色谱法，以ODS-Ⅱ色谱拄，0.02mol/L Na2HPO4的甲醇水溶液(35:65,pH7.0)为流动相，安替比林为内标，对复方茶碱片中五种主要成分进行了分离及含量测定。样品中各成分含量与内标具有良好的线性关系，回收率试验结果较好。
