摘要

偏最小二乘(PLS)法同近红外漫反射光谱法结合，分析了粉末药品磺胺甲基异唑。讨论了波长对PLS定量预测能力的影响。对照样品和试样的预测结果的RSD分别为0.11%和0.56%，结果令人满意。
