离子对高效液相色谱法检测中成药及保健食品中添加的化学降糖药
Ion-pair HPLC determation of anti-diabetic agents in traditional Chinese medicines and health care products
<p>目的: 建立离子对高效液相色谱法检测中成药及保健食品中添加二甲双胍、苯乙双胍、格列齐特、格列美脲、格列本脲、格列吡嗪、甲苯磺丁脲、罗格列酮、吡格列酮共9种化学降糖药。 方法: 采用Agilent ZORBAX-Eclipse XDB-18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱分离,流动相为0.02 mol·L<sup>-1</sup>磷酸二氢钾溶液(含2 mmol·L<sup>-1</sup>十二烷基硫酸钠)-乙腈(62.5∶ 37.5)(用1 mol·L<sup>-1</sup>氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.5),流速1.0 mL·min<sup>-1</sup>,检测波长230 nm,柱温30 ℃。 结果: 9种化学降糖药能完全分离;具有宽的线性范围和良好的线性关系(<em>r</em>>0.9992),检出限为5.9~43.5 μg·L<sup>-1</sup>。 结论: 该方法用于中药及保健食品中化学降糖药的检测具有快速、简便、高效的特点。</p>
