摘要

目的:研究建立淫羊藿(箭叶淫羊藿)与其同属混淆品的生药学鉴别方法。方法:通过深入产区调研,收集准确基原的植物标本和样品,整理基原鉴定特征及商品现状,综合应用体式荧光显微镜、光学显微镜和扫描电镜技术等技术对淫羊藿(箭叶淫羊藿)与其混淆品进行了鉴别比较。结果:箭叶淫羊藿来源药材与其混淆品在叶片下表面非腺毛及突起等特征上存在明显差异。与箭叶淫羊藿显微特征接近的粗毛淫羊藿,在体式荧光显微镜、偏光显微镜和扫描电镜下也可实现有效区分。结论:本文研究归纳了淫羊藿(箭叶淫羊藿)与其同属混淆品较为专属且实用的鉴别特征,从而为临床用药、市场监督、日常检验、标准起草等工作提供有益的参考。

Abstract

Objective: To study and establish a pharmacognostical identification method for Epmedii Folium (Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb. et Zucc) Maxim) and its adulterants from the same genus. Methods: On the basis of investigation, the accurate specimens and samples of Epmedii Folium (Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.et Zucc) Maxim) and its adulterants were collected from the production areas, the identification characteristics and commodity status of the origin were sorted out, and the species were compared by using the techniques of stereo-fluorescence microscope, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results: There were significant differences between Epmedii Folium (Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.et Zucc) Maxim) and its adulterants in the characteristics of non-glandular hairs and protuberances on the lower surface of the leaves. Epimedium acuminatum Franch., which was similar to Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.et Zucc) Maxim. in microscopic characteristics, could also be effectively distinguished under stereo-fluorescence microscope, polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope. Conclusion: This study summarizes the specific and practical identification characteristics of Epmedii Folium (Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.et Zucc) Maxim) and its adulterants, so as to provide useful references for clinical medication, market supervision, inspection, research of the standard and other related work.
