摘要

目的:探讨聚乙烯醇栓塞微球(蓝色型,CallispheresR)加载及释放吉西他滨特性。方法:高效液相分析法考察CallispheresR加载吉西他滨的载药性能,探讨载药量,载药特性,释放特性。结果:CallispheresR在40min内可吸附40%以上的吉西他滨,吸附了吉西他滨的CallispheresR在64 h内可释放191.5 mg(92.34%)的吉西他滨。结论:CallispheresR可以加载吉西他滨并在较长时间内缓慢释放。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the loading and release characteristics of gemcitabine in polyvinyl alcohol embolization microspheres (blue type, CallispheresR). Methods: High performance liquid chromatography was used to investigate the drug loading capacity, drug loading and release characteristics of gemcitabine loaded with polyvinyl alcohol embolic microspheres. Results: The CallispheresR could adsorb more than 40% of gemcitabine in 40 min, and release 191.5 mg (92.34%) of gemcitabine in 64 h. Conclusion: The CallispheresR can load gemcitabine and release it slowly in a long time.
