摘要

目的: 研究建立化妆品中大麻二酚(CBD)及△9-四氢大麻酚(△9-THC)的检测方法,以CBD的含量作为功效参考指标,△9-THC的含量作为安全性评价指标,评价含大麻叶提取物成分化妆品的质量。方法: 以Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,波长220 nm,建立HPLC同时测定CBD及△9- THC含量的方法。采用该方法对20批化妆品中CBD及△9- THC含量进行测定,并在样品放置15、35、80 d后,分别对其中CBD含量进行监测。结果: CBD线性范围为0.2~100 μg·mL-1、△9-THC线性范围为0.02~10 μg·mL-1,精密度、加样回收率结果均符合要求。20批测定样品中,仅12批样品检出CBD,含量范围为0.002 6%~1.3%,含量在80 d内无明显变化;1批样品检出△9-THC,含量为0.000 2%。结论: 该方法快速、简便,适用于化妆品中CBD与△9-THC的测定,可为相关化妆品的产品开发及质量评估提供依据。部分样品存在与配方标示不符及△9-THC风险成分检出的情况,应加强对相关产品的市场监管。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for the detection of cannabidiol(CBD) and △9-tetrahydrocannabinol(△9-THC) in cosmetics, by using the content of CBD as the efficacy reference and the content of △9-THC as the safety evaluation index. Methods: An Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and water was adopted, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the wavelength of 220 nm. The method was used to determine the content of CBD and △9-THC in 20 batches cosmetics and the content of CBD in cosmetics at 15, 35, 80 days respectively. Results: The linear ranges of CBD and △9-THC were 0.2-100 μg·mL-1 and 0.02-10 μg·mL-1, respectively. The precision and the recovery of samples were all in line with the requirements. CBD was detected in 12 batches of 20 samples at the content range from 0.002 6% to 1.3%, and the sample content was stable within 80 days. △9-THC at 0.000 2% was detected in one sample. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and suitable for the determination of CBD and △9-THC in cosmetics. It can provide basis for product development and quality evaluation of related cosmetics. The detection results of some samples were not consistent with the labeling and the risk component of △9-THC was detected. Therefore, the market supervision of related products should be strengthened.
