目的: 研究民族药小叶金花草(野鸡尾Onychium japonicum (Thunb.) Kze.的干燥全草)中的化学成分,为小叶金花草的质量标准提高提供理论依据。方法: 采用硅胶、中压C18柱和半制备液相色谱等多种色谱分离方法,对小叶金花草的70%乙醇水提取物进行分离纯化,通过其理化性质、质谱和核磁共振等谱学技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果: 从小叶金花草70%乙醇水提取物中分离得到10个化合物,经鉴定,分别为金粉蕨辛-2′-O-葡萄糖苷、(2S,3R)-蕨苷C、槲皮素-3-O-β-葡萄糖基-(1→2)-α-鼠李糖基-7-O-α-鼠李糖苷、清明花瓦氏苷、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、蕨苷M、野蔷薇苷A、巫山山柰酚、蕨素B、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-2″-(6'''-对香豆酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷。结论: 除蕨苷 M外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,为该药材的质量标准提高奠定了基础。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality standard of Onychii Herba. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated from the 70% ethanol parts of Onychii Herba by silica gel, medium pressure C18 column chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography, and the structures were identified by NMR, MS. Results: Ten known compounds were isolated and identified from Onychii Herba as follows: onitisin 2′-O-glucoside, (2S,3R)-pteroside C, quercetin-3-O-β-glucose-(1→2)-α-rhamnose-7-O-α- rhamnose, wallichoside, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose-4′-O-β-D-glucoside, pteroside M, multinoside A, wushankaempferol, pterosin B, quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose-2″-(6'''-p-coumarin)- β-D-glucoside. Conclusion: Except pteroside M, the rest of the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, which provides basis for the improvement of quality standard of this ethnic medicine.
