摘要

目的:对姜科豆蔻属砂仁及其近似基原品种进行生药学鉴别研究。方法:应用体式显微镜和光学显微镜等仪器设备及数码成像技术手段, 从大样、外观性状(包括正面观、侧面观、腹面观、表面特征), 内在构造(包括横剖面和纵剖面特征), 以及横切面显微特征观察和记录, 对砂仁及其近似基原品种进行深入的生药学鉴别研究。结果:砂仁与其近似基原品种在表面纹理、种子背面等性状特征上存在明显差异, 油细胞分布位置、种皮表皮细胞长度占种皮厚度比例及内种皮硅质块长度占内种皮长度比例等显微特征上存在差异。结论:通过实验研究, 数字化的性状和显微特征可更好实现砂仁及其近似基原品种的生药学鉴别, 可为砂仁及其近似基原品种的监督检验、临床使用和标准修订提供参考。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the pharmacognosic identification method for Amomi Fructus and their related species from the same genus. Methods:Stereo microscope and optical microscope combined with the digital imaging technology was used to observe and record the characteristics of Amomi Fructus and their related species from representative sample, appearance(front view, side view, top view and surface feature), internal structure (transverse section and longitudinal section). Results:There were significant differences in the morphological characteristics in surface texture and back of seed between Amomi Fructus and their related species. And there were significant differences in microscopic characteristics of the location of oil cells, the ratio of the length of the epidermis cells to the length of the seed coat and the ratio of the length of the endotesta siliceous mass to the length of the endotseta between them. Conclusion:The digitalized macroscopic and microscopic identification characteristics can help the pharmacognosic identification of Amomi Fructus and its related species from the same genus. It will provide a useful reference for supervision of the clinical medication, inspection and standard drafting.
