目的:基于HPLC 指纹图谱与化学模式识别相结合的方法,比较3 种木通指纹图谱,为其进一步开发利用及合理使用提供依据。方法:收集不同产地五叶木通(Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne.)、三叶木通(Akebia trifoLiata(Thunb.)Koidz)、白木通(Akebia trifoliata(Thunb.)Koidz.van australis(Diels)Rehd.)27 批,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2012 版)软件建立木通药材的HPLC 指纹图谱并进行相似度评价,使用 SPSS 23.0、SIMCA 14.1 软件进行主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法分析(PLS-DA)。结果:建立了适用于3 种不同木通药材的指纹图谱,确定7 个共有峰,23 个特征差异峰。27 批样品的相似度在0.837~0.995 之间。经PCA 和PLS-DA,木通药材样品按来源明显聚集为3 组,3 组样品间差异标志成分共有3 个。结论:建立的方法可有效区分3 种不同来源木通药材,为木通药材的质量控制、质量评价和鉴定提供了提供了参考。
Objective: Based on the combination of HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition,to compare the fingerprint of three species of akebiaquinata,and to provide the basis for its further development and utilization and rational use. Methods: 27 batches of Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne,Akebia trifoLiata(Thunb.) Koidz and Akebia trifoLiata(Thunb.)Koidz. Van Australis(Diels)Rehd. The HPLC fingerprints of 27 batches of akebiaquinata were established and the similarity evaluation was conducted by using the software of“ Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System”(2012 version). The principal component analysis(PCA) and partial least square discrimination analysis(PLS-DA) were performed by SPSS 23.0 and SIMCA 14.1 software. Results: 7 common peaks and 23 characteristic peaks were identified by establishing the fingerprint for three different akebiaquinata. The similarities of 27 batches of samples ranged from 0.837 to 0.995. According to PCA and PLS-DA,the samples were obviously clustered into 3 groups according to their origin,and 3 components were identified as the distinguishing markers. Conclusion: The established method can effectively distinguish the three kinds of akebiaquinata from different sources,and provides a reference for quality control, quality evaluation and identification of akebiaquinata.
