摘要

蜂蜜作为药食同源产品,在我国具有悠久的使用历史,蜂蜜产品的安全性与广大人民的健康息息相 关。吡咯里西啶类生物碱是一类分布广泛的植物毒素,它主要是通过蜜蜂访花时采集到的花粉和花蜜转移 至蜂蜜中的。近年来对蜂蜜中吡咯里西啶生物碱的质量控制研究有较多报道,本文对蜂蜜中吡咯里西啶类 生物碱的结构特点、毒性、质量控制进行综述,为蜂蜜的使用安全和质量标准提升提供参考。

Abstract

Honey,as a medicine and food homologous product,has a long history of use in China. The safety of honey products is closely related to the health of the people. Pyrrolizidine alkaloids are a class of widely distributed phytotoxins,which are mainly transferred to honey by pollen and nectar collected by bee. In recent years,there have been many reports on the quality control of pyrrolizidine alkaloids in honey. This article reviews the structural characteristics,toxicity,and quality control of pyrrolizidine alkaloids in honey,and provides a reference for the safety and quality standard improvement of honey.
