摘要

目的: 建立了睫毛精华类化妆品中 5 种前列腺素类似物(比马前列素、拉坦前列素、曲伏前列素、他 氟前列素、他氟乙酰胺)的高效液相色谱测定方法及液相色谱 - 串联质谱确证分析方法。方法: 样品经甲 醇超声提取,采用 Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7 μm)分离,以乙腈 - 水为流动相 梯度洗脱,二级阵列管检测器(DAD)在 210 nm 测定,外标法定量,采用液相色谱 - 串联质谱进行确证。 结果: 5 种前列腺素类似物在 0.1~25 μg·mL-1 范围内线性良好,相关系数(r2)均大于 0.999,方法检出浓 度(LOD)为 0.3~0.6 μg·g-1,三水平加标回收率为 93.2%~108.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.60%~5.5%。结论: 该方法准确、快速、简便,适用于睫毛精华液化妆品中前列腺类似物的筛查。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a method for the simple determination of five prostaglandins(bimatoprost, latanoprost,travoprost,tafluprost and tafluprost ethyl amide)in eyelash enhancing cosmetics using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS). Method: The cosmetic samples were supersonically extracted with methanol and then separated on an Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7 μm)by gradient evolution with acetonitrile-water as mobile phases. The wavelength of detection was 210 nm and the external standard method was used for quantitation. The suspected samples were further verified by LC-MS/MS. Results: The five prostaglandins had a good linearity in the range of 0.1-25 μg·mL-1 with correlation coefficients(r2)larger than 0.999. The limits of detection(LODs) were between 0.3 and 0.6 μg·g-1.The spiked recoveries were 93.2% to 108.6% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.6% to 5.5%. Conclusion: The method is accurate,rapid and simple. It is suitable for the quality control in eyelash enhancing cosmetics.
